In Macbeth Act-1 Scene-5 takes place at Macbeth castle.
Macbeth Tells Lady Macbeth About The Witches’ Prophecies
At Macbeth castle, The Lady Macbeth reading a letter from her husband. In the letter, Macbeth tells her about the witches’ prophecies and how they have already started to come true. This excites Lady Macbeth and she immediately starts planning for Macbeth to become king, as the witches prophecy.
Lady Macbeth Motivate Macbeth
Now the Lady Macbeth worries that her husband is too kind and gentle to take the throne by force. She calls upon spirits to fill her with cruelty and to stop any feelings of remorse she might have. She wants to be filled with the cruelty necessary to capture throne of Duncan.
A Servant Informs Lady Macbeth of Duncan Arrival
As soon as lady Macbeth thinking, A servant enters and informs Lady Macbeth that King Duncan is coming to her castle that night. Lady Macbeth sees this event as the perfect opportunity to kill the Duncan and fulfill the witches’ prophecy. She tells Macbeth to look innocent and normal while she prepares for the murder.
Lady Macbeth Prepare a Full Proof Plan of Murder
When Macbeth enters into castle, Lady Macbeth tells him about her plan in detail. At beginning Macbeth hesitated, but Lady Macbeth convinces and motivate him to go along with the plan. She tells him to leave everything to her and to maintain a peaceful and normal appearance to avoid suspicion.
The scene ends with them preparing for King Duncan’s arrival and the next plan to murder and capture the throne.
