Que-3: 1*(1/3) ÷ 3/7 of 2*(5/8) + 1*(1/9)
Solution- 4/3 ÷ 3/7 x 21/8 + 10/9
= [4/3 x 8/9] + 10/9
= 32/27 + 10/9
= (32 + 30)/27
= 62/27 = 2*(8/27) Ans.
Que-4: 6*(1/5) ÷ 3*(1/10) of 2*(1/2) ÷ 1/4
Solution- 31/5 ÷ 31/10 x 5/2 ÷ 1/4
= 31/5 ÷ 31/4 ÷ 1/4
= 31/5 x 4/31 x 4
= 16/5 = 3*(1/5) Ans.
Que-5: 3*(2/3) – 3/11 of 2*(3/4) ÷ 1*(1/4) x 1*(2/3) + 1/3
Solution- 11/3 – 3/11 x 11/4 ÷ 5/4 x 5/3 + 1/3
= 11/3 – 3/4 x 4/5 x 5/3 + 1/3
= 11/3 – 1/1 + 1/3
= (11 – 3 + 1)/3
= 9/3 = 3 Ans.
Que-6: 2*(2/7) of 15*(3/4) x 2*(1/4) ÷ 4/7 of 2*(5/8)
Solution- 16/7 x 63/4 x 9/4 ÷ 4/7 x 21/8
= 36 x 9/4 ÷ 3/2
= 36 x 9/4 x 2/3
= 27 x 2 = 54 Ans
Que-7: 1 ÷ 4/7 – 1/3 of 3*(3/4) + 1/2 ÷ 3
Solution- 1 ÷ 4/7 – 1/3 x 15/4 + 1/2 ÷ 3
= 1 x 7/4 – 5/4 + 1/2 x 1/3
= 1 x 7/4 – 5/4 + 1/6
= 7/4 – 5/4 + 1/6
= (21 – 15 + 2)/12
= 8/12 = 2/3
Que-8: [2/3 + 4/9] of 3/5 ÷ 1*(2/3) x 1*(1/4) – 1/3
Solution- [(6 + 4)/9] of 3/5 ÷ 5/3 x 5/4 – 1/3
= 10/9 x 3/5 x 3/5 x 5/4 – 1/3
= 2/3 x 3/4 – 1/3
= 2/4 – 1/3
= (6 – 4)/12
= 2/12 = 1/6 Ans.
Que-9: [14/15 ÷ 1*(1/6) + 7/10] x 3/4
Solution- [14/15 ÷ 7/6 + 7/10] x 3/4
= [14/15 x 6/7 + 7/10] x 3/4
= [4/5 + 7/10] x 3/4
= [(8 + 7)/10] x 3/4
= 15/10 x 3/4
= 9/8 = 1*(1/8) Ans.
Que-10: 1/3[2*(1/2) + 3*(1/3)] ÷ 2/9[3*(1/8) – 1*(1/12)]
Solution- 1/3 [5/2 + 10/3] ÷ 2/9 [25/8 – 13/12]
= 1/3 [(15 + 20)/6] ÷ 2/9 [(75 – 26)/24]
= 1/3 x 35/6 x 9/2 x 49/24
=

Application of BODMAS is faulty – towards the end in sum 5 Ex 4F – 11/3 – 1+1/3 it has been clubbed as (11–3+1)/3 and should be solved as (11-4)/3 by doing the addition first and answer is 7/3 not 9/3. Simultaneous calculation or doing subtraction first gives the answer 9/3 which is wrong application of BODMAS. Same mistake is there in sum 7 and other places. Please rectify this.
