All houses wherein men have lived and died  Are haunted houses.

In this poem, the term “houses” is a metaphor for our bodies or lives, and being “haunted” indicates the mark of our ancestor left by the people. Just as every house has its history, every person carries the memories of past relationships..

Through the open doors …….. …. With feet that make no sound upon the floors.

Here “Open Doors” tells  moments of permeability in our lives while The “harmless phantoms” indicating the ancestors who’ve passed away, sometimes unnoticed or unacknowledged, leaving their sign of incoming. Their silent movements suggest that often and then we noticed their influence .

We meet them at the door-way, on the stair, …….. ….. Impalpable impressions on the air,

The poet describe the places where we feel such activity  at door-way, stair, passages at important moments in our lives. These people affect us at varying intensities and at different times, but their impact remains.

There are more guests at table  …. ….. ……..  quiet, inoffensive ghosts,

These lines tells that our mind feels only a fraction of the influences and memories we carry. However, our  “illuminated hall” is filled with many past interactions, represented here by the, “inoffensive ghosts” means harmless.

The stranger at my fireside cannot see ……… …….. ……..  visible and clear.

According to view of poet experiences they impact a past relationships which are deeply personal. Out sider  might only see our current state, but we are clearly aware of our history and past.

We have no title-deeds to house …… ……… ……….  still their old estates.

Now the poet suggests that while we may feel ownership over our bodies and lives and houses , we don’t truly own the influences and memories within us. The ancestor even those long forgotten, continue to impact us at various occasion.

The spirit-world around this world of sense ….. …….. ……… A vital breath of more ethereal air

The phrase “spirit-world” means the area of memories and past influences that cover our tangible existence. This ethereal realm breathes life into our daily experiences, enriching our understanding.

Our little lives are kept in equipoise ………. ……. …….  noble instinct that aspires.

The lives are in a state of balance, shaped by both our base knowledge and higher desire. These  are influenced by the many people we response, some pulling immediate pleasures while others raised us to gain our target.

These perturbations, this perpetual jar ……. ………. An undiscovered planet in our sky.

Our collision, the struggle between our desires and wishes, often arise from invisible influences. The phrases  “unseen star” or “undiscovered planet” means those are powerful yet unidentified people that strengthen our inner power to get the target of life.

And as the moon from …….. ……… …………  mystery and night,

Poet compare using metaphor that  the moon lighted the dark way to go forward Same to same our these ancestor guide and instruct us time to time to get our goal in the journey of life.

So from the world of spirits there descends …… …….. ……… thoughts above the dark abyss

The phrase “Building on the previous imagery”, concludes the poem  that the world of past impact  establish a connection with our present. When we struggle in our lives to detect right  way in the darkness of confusion then our invisible ancestor show the light in the way like moon.
