According to latest update Generally the monsoon which brings rain to Kolkata / Bihar / UP / Mp / Delhi / Rajasthan almost NCR begin from Gulf of Bengal. But this is so weak due to low pressure and could not reach the target npoints / state untill eastern wind blown strongly, “said expert”.
Date of Monsoon in Kerala , Karnataka , Maharashtra and Gujrat
While the monsoon responsible to bring heavy rain fall in southern west state like Kerala , Karnataka , Maharashtra and Gujrat arises from Arabian Sea. This Arabian monsoon became weak due to cyclone Biporjoy which is coming soon at 170 km/hs.
