CISCE Weightage 2022: Suspense and Silence Continuously for ICSE ISC

Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, CISCE Term-2 Results 2022 date for ICSE and ISC has been almost clearing although there was no officially announcement about the exact result date But There is a ghost question that what about weightage taken semester wise. CISCE Weightage 2022: How Suspense and Silence Creating Tension among Student over the matter of weightage. Students in online protests have been demanding low weightage for semester 1 and 2 results and higher weightage to internal assessment. The final decision is expected to be announced soon. 

The marking scheme plays a crucial role in deciding your overall score in board exams. For the  semester 2 exams 2022, the final score will be the aggregate of both semesters. For the major subjects, there will be 80% weightage for the external marks and 20% weightage for the internal marks

For any subject, the criteria to get the aggregate will comprise both internal and external marks

CBSE, CISCE, State Board Students Want 50% Weightage to Internal Assessment

CBSE and CISCE boards, students want the central boards to focus more on internal assessment.  however, they do not have clarity yet on how much weightage will each of the term exams will have in the final results. Ahead of the exams, students are demanding an ‘internal assessment for all’. A large section of students wants boards to give 50% weightage to internal assessment and divide the remaining weightage between term 1 and term 2 tests

CBSE and CISCE exams on similar patterns

CBSE and CISCE are having exams on similar patterns this year 2021-22. Neither CBSE nor CISCE has yet announced the weightage for each section, however, it is clear that final results will be based on term 1, term 2, and internal assessment.
