Difference Between Supplementary and Improvement

Candidates who have attained PCA Result – Pass Certificate Awarded at the ICSE Year 2023 Examination or earlier and wish to improve their subject grade/s may appear for the !CSE Year 2024 Examination for a Supplementary Pass Certificate While the Improvement exam is only for 2023 pass candidate and can choose only one subject /paper

How to apply for Supplementary 2023-24

The Principal of the school concerned would submit the entries of these candidates to CISCE, online. Therefore contact any CISCE (ICSE ISC) school / collage for admission.

Fee Detail for Supplementary exam 2023-24

The Fee would be charge of Rs 1500 for admit in supplementary exam as board fee . Whether you choose one subject or more buit fee will be total 1500 of exam. While in Improvement there is 500 for one subject / paper .

is Attendance Compulsory or Not for ICSE/ ISC Supplementary Exam ?

There are both option available in the cisce guideline you can choose any one of the following as your requirement.

Regular Attendance: Candidates in regular attendance at a CISCE affiliated school presenting candidates for the ICSE Year 2024 Examination (as Type 2 candidates).

Without Attendance: Candidates without attendance at a CISCE affiliated school (Type 4 candidates). To enter for the ICSE Year 2024 Examination,

How Many Subject Can be Choose for Supplementary Exam ?

The supplementary exam is a magical update of cisce . Hence you are allow to choose one or more subject as your requirement. While in case of improvement exam you can only choose one subject.

Date of Supplementary Exam

When would be supplementary exam conducted ? this confusion is common among ICSE/ ISC student. According to circular released the supplementary exam to be conducted in 2024 February / March . While the improvement exam would be conducted in July 2023.
